The rules of the competition and the prize for the winners are as follows: There is 1 prize of a 7 night all-inclusive stay for 2 people at Secrets Playa Esmeralda Valid until Dec 2025. One winner will be chosen at random from all combined entries received across the platforms listed in the entry methods.

Competition prize is for one 7 Night Complimentary All-Inclusive stay for 2 Adults (18+) at Secrets Playa Esmeralda, Dom Rep in a Preferred Club Junior Suite Swim Out. The winner will be travelling with their choice of 1 companion and will not be joined by any Blue Bay representative. The prize is subject to availability, once dates are confirmed there will be an administration fee for any changes made to the reservation. The prize is strictly non-transferable, non- refundable, and is subject to the resort's normal terms and conditions. The prize must be taken by 31 Dec 2025. The competition is not open to employees and their immediate families of promoter and their associated agencies.

Special requests will be accepted at the time of booking but not guaranteed.

The winner and their travelling companion are responsible for ensuring they hold a valid passport to travel and any necessary visa, and that they hold adequate travel insurance.

Flights and transfers are the responsibility of the prize recipient. These can be booked with Blue Bay Travel or any flight operator that you choose.

The holiday prize does not include the cost of travel insurance, spending money or any other items or expense not specifically stated within the prize description. All such costs/expenses (e.g. hotel laundry, telephone calls etc.) will be the responsibility of the winner and their travelling companion.

The winner must be one of the people who travels on the prize holiday and both travellers must travel at the same time on the same itinerary.

Once the booking is confirmed, changes to the names, date or nature of the booking are not permitted.

Blue Bay Travel reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

No cash alternative to the prizes. The prizes are not transferable or changeable. All elements of any prize are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the competition closing date/winning announcement date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. The winner will not be contacted via social media accounts so be vigilant for any pages posing as Blue Bay Travel contacting you, we will only contact you via email/our official channels.

Blue Bay Travel will notify the winner when, where and how the prize can be collected/redeemed.

Blue Bay Travel’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into other than announcing and arranging deliverance of the prize.

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Blue Bay Travel, Unit A4 Bellringer Road, Trentham, Stoke-on-Trent, ST4 8GB.

Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
